Anniversary Salver Competition

The Anniversary Salver was donated by John Young, who was Senior Men’s Captain in 2007, in celebration of the fortieth Anniversary of the Seniors Men’s Section. John was employed as a branch manager of Barclays Bank in Bishop’s Waltham and took up golf when he moved to Bishop’s Waltham from Dorset. He joined Corhampton golf club in 1984. Sadly John passed away August 2011. A qualifying stableford competition which may be run in conjunction with a Farmer Stableford competition. There is now also a Salver for 75 year olds and over.
